Monk Development delivers web-based strategies for clients who want to expand in the internet arena. The Monk Team consists of web developers, php/mysql programmers, copywriters, css fanatics and a host of other sundry sorts.
Drew Goodmanson (Project Management, Client Services, SEO) Drew has led several technology focused companies. He served as CEO of Pangia, Inc. a company that focused on the integration of technology into the shopping center environment. Drew has also been the President of The Fulcrum Group and SanoBiosciences International. Drew graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.
Drew resides in San Diego with his wife and son. He spends more time than he'd admit on search engine optimization, css, web standards and online marketing. He also writes a weekly column for the San Diego Reader.
Etienne de Bruin (IT, Backend Systems) Etienne graduated from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1995 with a BS in Computer Science. He kick started his career in South Africa by getting involved in the early days of the World Wide Web and relating technologies. He ventured to Germany to team up with network security experts in the design of network traffic encryption products but more importantly, to savour the European culture and all the pretty places. His passion can best be captured in the following phrase: "All the information, to everybody, all the time."
He currently resides in San Diego, California and involves himself with various Web technologies including PHP, Javascript, XML and Bass Playing.
Will Carreras (Online Advertising, Sales) After working with a number of diverse business start-up operations, Will brought his experiences and expertise to the online advertising space. There, for the last few years, he has successfully bought and sold online media through or on behalf of many of the key online ad networks, major U.S. direct marketers, Nielsen-Rated top-tier web sites and Fortune 500 advertisers and their national advertising agencies.
