Strategy Sessions

The Internet will only become more important as a medium of interaction and communication.  In 2010, according to Edison Research the Internet has become the most essential medium (from options such as television, radio and others). In fact, this research found that now more people would give up their TV for the Internet if they were forced to only have one of these. The rapid pace of our interactions moving more through the web demands greater attention from the key leadership of your organization.

MonkDev has launched a Church Web Strategy Session to help churches translate their unique vision & goals online.

Monk team member working with a church to build ministry plans

Why MonkDev? First we are recognized experts in the subject matter. Our team interacts with thousands of churches a year, including speaking at national conferences such as the National New Church Conference & Christian Leadership Alliance’s Ministry Internet & Technology Summit where we are responsible for organizing the sessions.  We have spoken at the Echo Media Conference, the National Religious Broadcasters Research Symposium, National Outreach Convention, Christian Web Conference, Story, Cultivate Conference, GCA & Acts 29 church planters conferences and Total Church conferences.  Further we have written extensively about ministry & church web technology for publishers like Christianity Today, the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) Advanced Research Symposium and the Christian Leadership Alliance’s Outcomes magazine as well as the ‘Church Web Strategy’ column for Christian Computing Magazine.

Second, we approach the conversation as people deeply involved in ministry. Our team includes pastors, church planters, worship leaders, deacons, volunteers and much more.  We are passionate about helping churches use technology but see it as subservient to the primary call God has on our life as believers.
